Brad Frerkson

Brad is an accomplished photographer based in Hope, Idaho in the United States. A lifelong creative, with a special interest in capturing moments on film, Brad began his career in real estate/architectural photography in Seattle, Washington in 2012.

 

He relocated his growing photography business to Lake Pend Orielle in 2014, where he quickly established himself as the top real estate photographer. The area began to boom in tourism, as people around the United States took notice of the same beauty and pace of life that prompted his move as well. With the rise of the vacation rental websites such as VRBO and Airbnb, Brad saw an increase in demand for real estate photography in this new and emerging market in the Sandpoint area.

 

During the COVID-19 pandemic the real estate market changed dramatically, and Brad expanded his focus to include architectural photography around the world. This evolution allowed him to merge his love of photography with his desire to travel. While he still enjoys capturing beautiful images of homes for real estate sales in Idaho and surrounding states, his real joy comes from exploring new places with his partner and making professional photography services accessible to all sizes and types of vacation homes, hotels, and resorts.
